I have been coming here for years and the staff from front to back has been wonderful! Even with my anxiety with needles they work with me and get me????They are friendly and compassionate and efficient!

I wanted to thank the Doctor and staff who went out of their way to make my 11 year old feel comfortable and confident! The staff fully explained each step even the scary parts! My daughter was so brave and the procedure was done in minutes! Thank you so much!

I was on vacation and had a terrible rash/hives. Went to an urgent care they didn’t know what it was gave me prescription but it did not help. Overnight spread all over upper body even under arms, looked like a cooked lobster. Went to Blue Ocean 8:05 am on a Monday, showed pictures of my condition and thank goodness Chris NP agreed to see me. Worse case of hives he had ever seen. Very concerned, gentle , kind. He prescribed 3 medications, took a biopsy of each arm, very thorough. Within a few days this very itchy hot hives was gone. I am waiting for results of biopsy to see the cause but I received excellent care from the receptionist, nurse and Chris. They were wonderful. Marylou, Cincinnati,OH

I called Blue Ocean Dermatology back in EARLY January, and I was able to get an appointment two days after I called (for the New Symrna office) and I went in super nervous, explained the problem I was having (which is super embarrassing and gives me a lot of anxiety as I was breaking out in my groin area). I was blessed with Nitra Welch and from my understanding, she does visit different offices. I love her. She treated my condition (which I had no idea about until she educated me) which I am so THANKFUL for. I could not give her enough THANKS for teaching me and providing me with the care that I need and that WORKS for me. I would recommend her to anyone. Please go see Nitra Welch for any skin issues/problems you are having. She is my favorite doctor. She is a great doctor, definitely knows what she is doing.

This was my first full body exam and first trip to a dermatologist in over 25 years. Naturally, I was nervous about the whole process. From my initial phone call to set up the appointment to my actual appointment, it has been wonderful. I was seen by Chris, who could probably tell how nervous I was. He explained the whole process to me and put me at ease with conversations as he was examining me. It was a most positive experience. The office is clean, all staff was friendly, and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for quality dermatology services.
