I have had 3 meals so far and each one has been AMAZING!!! The food quality and flavor far surpasses any other meal prep companies I have tried. Even the low carb options (only because it was available by the time I got there) are sooo good.

The food has been TASTY and HEALTHY. Something I could never perfect on my own. I am in my first week of low carb meals and the portions have been good and like I stated the taste is ☆☆☆☆ and when you add that it's good for you. That makes it a highly recommended meal prep. planning on doing a month of mainly low carb. Then adding in a mix.

Since starting After Body Meals my life has truly become more convenient and easier. Having a toddler in the house it is hard to focus on healthy and fulfilling meals 24/7. After Body Meals menu is amazing and so tasty. Our whole family loves them! The staff is great as well. I have definitely been sharing my review with friends as well. Who would have thought healthy, yummy food at your doorstep could seriously be a game changer! Keep it up ABM!

I travel a lot so these meals have saved me! In two minutes, my kids have something healthy and delicious to eat. The portions are huge, enough to fill up my 6'3 17-year-old son. And there is so much variety that there are new surprises every week.

These meals are delicious and I have found that it actually saves us money since I am not going to store as often. I have also lost 5 lbs since they are called controlled. I highly recommend them!
