This is the second time I have used Soap & Sea. The first time was to clean mold and stains from the shingle roof on my residence, which they did a great job on. This time they cleaned the stucco siding, and again, it looked as good as new when they were done. They were affordable, professional, responsive to my communication, and accommodating to my requests for a few custom tasks. They used truck-mounted equipment and knocked the job out quickly, 2 hours for a large house with custom cleaning work that I requested. It's hard to find affordable professional pressure washing companies around here, so I'm glad I found them. I will certainly use them again.
I just had my house clean buy Soap and Sea Soft Washing, I would recommend this company to anyone that are looking to have their home on the outside washed. The man who washed my siding was very professional and I will be using them again in the future!Lenny

Had sidewalks, patio and driveway done at 2 homes by Soap & Sea Soft Washing last year and this year. Everything looks great! Fantastic job! Reasonably priced. Everyone was very professional, punctual and polite. Accommodated our crazy schedules to when the pressure cleaning could be done.

Great staff, great work! We had our house and the screen enclosure cleaned. We just bought the house and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. I called four places. Two called back. One showed up for the estimate. That one was Soap & Sea. Two days later and the job is complete and it looks awesome! The office staff, the estimator (Chad), and the guys who came out to do the work were extremely courteous and professional. Thank you!
