This is a new realty that has opened an office on Granada beachside in Ormond Beach. One of the owner/ partners is Tim Harper who was our realtor that sold our Plantation Bay house, handled our beachside condo purchase and sale and then lined us up with a great realtor up here in Georgia using his amazing contacts. We can not stress how professional, helpful and knowledgeable Tim was and is. Keep him in mind if you find yourself in need of a great realtor.
