Experience a wide range of recreational activities and amenities at Nova Community Center and Park, conveniently located at 440 N. Nova Road. The center offers an impressive 11,440 square foot gymnasium with two basketball courts for open play, league practice, and pickleball tournaments. It also serves as the home for Camp T-Rec, a summer camp designed for youth with special needs. Enjoy the 1,200 square foot game room equipped with billiards, foosball, air hockey, and table tennis. Stay fit in the private and quiet exercise and weight room. The center also provides a spacious 1,870 square foot activity room for private parties and hosts various classes throughout the year, including dance classes and jazzercise.
Adjacent to the center, Nova Community Park spans an expansive 60.2 acres and offers an array of amenities. Take a stroll along the fitness trail, try out the skate court, or let the little ones explore the Magic Forest Playground. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the four handball courts, one outdoor basketball court, six tennis courts, and five baseball fields. The park also features three pavilions with picnic tables for gatherings and events.
Nova Community Center is proud to house the Special Populations Division, which provides inclusive sports programs, jazzercise, Camp T-Rec in the summer, the Shining STARS Pageant and Fashion Show, and various dances and events for individuals with special needs.
