Lewis M. Heaster

Lewis M. Heaster, is a graduate of Stetson University and has been a lifelong resident of the Ormond Beach area. Mr. Heaster actively develops and invests in various forms of real estate primarily throughout the states of Florida and Mississippi. Mr. Heaster has been involved in a great number of community organizations for many years. These include past President of Temple Beth El in Ormond Beach, President of the Heaster Family Foundation, Director for the Halifax Hospital Foundation and member of the City of Ormond Beach Planning Board. His hobbies include flying airplanes, fishing and enjoying the outdoors.

Catherine M. Giordano

Catherine M. Giordano joined Heaster Family Properties in 2012. She serves as Administrative Assistant to Lewis Heaster and handles day to day operations with our various properties. Cathy is from Washington D.C. but has resided in the Ormond Beach area for over 30 years. She is a notary public and has extensive experience in Business Administration & retail management.

Mitch Lee

Mitch Lee is Head of Maintenance for Heaster Family Properties. He was born and raised in Eustis, Florida and has been with the company for almost ten years. Mitch has an extensive back ground in electrical, construction and maintenance.
