From start to finish 5 stars. The annual check-up revealed that the 5-ton carrier unit was at end of life at 14 yrs. Still working but....! We agreed to the new install or change out, set the date, and made way for the tech's arrival. They came on an agreed-upon date, did the install, set a new Honeywell thermostat and we left. They sprayed microbial elements in the system which required an hour or so for the property to be vacant. The lead manager, Torrie, and his crew were well mannered, respectful to the property, and efficient. I did not shop price as I know from previous experiences you get what you pay for. The unit was a 5 ton 16 seer Franklin with 10 yr parts and labor warranty.
