This was our first time using Imperial Pest Prevention. They had a very quick response which was impressive especially since we needed a pest control service quickly. Our technician was very personable, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He explained the pest control service to us and what to expect. I would definitely recommend Imperial Pest Prevention for pest control services.

One of the most professional pest services I have met. Especially the young man I believe his name is Dorian. He greeted me with such professionalism and his manners were so polite. He was quick to get right to the issue to get it taken care of and made sure everything was handled before he left. I would definitely recommend this young man to anyone else who goes through this company and as well for any service I might need in the future.

So thankful for the staff and technicians. We had helped a friend in a hoarder situation that was roach-infested with bed bugs that no other pest control company would take on. The crew at Imperial was so helpful and caring and precise with everything they said and did. It was a long battle because of the deplorable conditions but working with them and a bunch of housework we now have this property in order. I truly do not know what I would have done without them. Not one other company would help us.
