Venue 142 is the newest Catering and Event Hall in Downtown Deland! We specialize in Weddings, Corporate events, Baby showers, Birthdays, Bar Mitzvahs, Anniversaries, and any other special occasion you can imagine!
Venue 142 is located in the heart of Historical downtown DeLand. The venue was originally built in 1898. The building has evolved from an early 1900's grocery store, to a roaring 20's jewelry store.. to trendy 2018 successful restaurant.
Our vision is to infuse the old man and the new. A historical, classical feel of the building, while offering the latest event trends and innovated menus. We are hoping guests will come celebrate their futures while appreciating the history of our beautiful town!
We have catered event venues such as Stetson Mansion, Delamater House, DeLand Harmony Gardens, Stetson University, and more. We are the preferred vendors ad DeLand Sanborn Center. Our Weddings are fully insured with liquor license. Our event coordinators are have 10+ years experience at crafting memorable events and providing the best service.

Our wedding was on May 6, 2023 at Venue 142. There was some hiccups along the way but Samantha came in and pulled it all together for us. Our wedding was just how we imagined it would be. Everyone made sure our day was perfect. We can’t thank them enough and will definitely use them in the future.

Had my daughters bridal shower here. It was perfect. Such an great atmosphere, great food, great staff. Highly recommend. Had a great time.
