Visit the William J. "Bill" Dreggors, Jr. Historic Site, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, in DeLand, Florida. Explore the Sensory Butterfly Garden, a self-guided tour organized by the DeLand Garden Club. This garden is designed for the visually and physically challenged, featuring specially selected plants that offer sensory experiences through scent, color, texture, taste, and touch. Additionally, enjoy a 7/16 mile loop paved walking/jogging path and Freedom Playground.

Located within the fully restored historic Memorial Hospital Building from 1920, the City of DeLand Parks and Recreation Department's Administrative Offices are here. Discover the Bert Fish Room, Operating Room and Apothecary Exhibit, Veterans Gallery, and Ice and Electric Exhibit. Adjacent to the building, explore the Veterans Memorial Wall, Lemon Room, and Burgess Building. Inside the Burgess Building, you'll find the Hawtense Conrad Elephant Fantasyland, West Volusia Black Heritage Gallery, and Conrad's Toyland.
