Discover the natural beauty of Lake Monroe at Lake Monroe Park, one of Volusia County's oldest and most popular parks. Recently renovated in 2004, the park offers a wide range of amenities and recreational opportunities for visitors.
The park features new restrooms, renovations to the entrance road, floating docks, picnic pavilions, improved parking and a trailhead for the Lake Monroe-Gemini Springs-DeBary Hall trail. Visitors can also enjoy free entrance to the park and a $2 fee to launch their boats, as well as beautiful camping sites.
Please note that per Ch.82 of the Volusia County Code, the length of stay for authorized camping is no greater than seven (7) consecutive days or thirty (30) total days per calendar year.
