Discover the natural beauty of Gemini Springs, a 212-acre park located between the towns of Enterprise and DeBary. The park was purchased in 1994 by a collaboration of Volusia County, the Trust for Public Lands, the St. Johns River Water Management District, and the Florida Communities Trust. Enjoy 6.5 million gallons of sparkling fresh water that bubbles up from the two springs each day. Explore the park's history as a farming area, including timber, citrus, and turpentine production, and visit the historic farmhouse and barn.
At Gemini Springs, visitors can enjoy walking and bike riding on the 3/4 mile nature trail, 1 mile bike trail, and 651 and 907 feet of sidewalks leading to the Springhouse. Fishing is allowed on the fishing dock with a valid freshwater fishing permit. Primitive tent camping is also available with reservations, but swimming and fires are currently not permitted. Pets must be leashed and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Help us preserve the park's beauty by staying on the sidewalks and nature trails and disposing of trash properly. Don't forget to observe the many types of wildlife and vegetation and refrain from climbing on the split rail fences around the water."
